Cancellation Policy I truly value and appreciate every client who chooses to book with me! Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and because I often have to turn away other guests to hold your spot, I kindly ask that you respect the following policy. Cancellations & Reschedules * Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. * Clients may cancel online up to 48 hours before their appointment. After that, please contact me directly. No-Show Policy * Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment and do not contact me may be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
